Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not always. If your items are outside or in an accessible space like an open garage, we can complete a no-contact pickup and send your invoice afterward.

How long does a pickup take?
A single item often takes just a few minutes, while a full cleanout can take a few hours. Your crew will give you a time estimate along with the quote.

What happens if I don’t accept the quote?
Nothing. The on-site quote is free and comes with no obligation. If the price doesn’t work for you, the crew leaves and you owe nothing.

Can I add more items on the day?
Yes. Point them out to the crew before loading starts and they’ll update your price before anything goes on the truck.

How do I pay?
Payment is taken once the job is done. We accept all major cards and other common payment methods.
