01

Pricing and estimates

01

How much does junk removal cost?

Your price is based on how much space your items take up in our truck. A single item costs less than a full load. The crew confirms the price on-site before any work begins.

02

Are estimates really free?

Yes. Estimates are free with no obligation. If the price doesn’t work for you, the crew leaves and you owe nothing.

03

Can I get a price over the phone?

We can give you a ballpark from a description or a few photos. The final price is always confirmed on-site once the crew sees everything.

04

What’s included in the price?

Labor, lifting, loading, hauling, disposal and recycling fees, and a sweep-up of the work area.

05

Are there any extra fees?

Some items, such as mattresses, tires, and appliances containing refrigerant, can carry a disposal fee under local rules. We’ll always tell you before we start.

06

How do I pay?

Payment is taken once the job is done. We accept all major credit and debit cards and other common payment methods.

02

Booking and scheduling

01

How do I book a pickup?

Call us at (555) 555-5555 or send a message through the contact page. We’ll confirm a date and an arrival window that suits you.

02

Do you offer same-day pickups?

Same-day and next-day appointments are often available, depending on the schedule. Call early in the day for the best chance.

03

What are your hours?

We work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 6pm.

04

Do I need to be home?

Not always. If your items are outside or in an accessible space, like an open garage, we can do a no-contact pickup and send the invoice afterward.

05

How much notice do you need to cancel?

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

03

On pickup day

01

Do I need to move items outside?

No. Our crew removes items from any room or floor, including basements, attics, and upstairs bedrooms.

02

How long does a pickup take?

A single item often takes just a few minutes. A full cleanout can take a few hours. Your crew will give you a time estimate with the quote.

03

Can I add items on the day?

Yes. Point them out before loading starts and the crew will update your price first.

04

Will you clean up afterward?

Yes. The crew sweeps the work area before leaving.

05

Is your crew insured?

Yes. We’re licensed and insured, and our crew is trained to protect floors, walls, and doorways.

04

Items and disposal

01

What items do you take?

Almost anything non-hazardous that two people can lift, from furniture and appliances to yard waste and construction debris. See the full list below.

02

What items can’t you take?

Hazardous chemicals, paint, asbestos, fuel, propane tanks, medical waste, and other restricted materials. These need specialist disposal.

03

Where does the junk go?

Usable items go to local donation partners, recyclables are separated out, and the rest goes to licensed disposal facilities.

04

Can I get a donation receipt?

Yes. Ask us when you book and we’ll arrange a receipt for items that are donated.

05

Do you take heavy items like pianos and hot tubs?

Yes. Let us know when you book so we can bring the right crew and equipment.

05

Dumpsters and demolition

01

What dumpster sizes do you offer?

10, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters. Tell us about your project and we’ll recommend the right size.

02

How long can I keep a dumpster?

Every rental includes a standard rental period. Extensions are available for a daily fee.

03

Do I need a permit?

Not if the dumpster sits on your property. Street placement and some demolition projects may need a town permit, and we’ll let you know.

04

What demolition do you handle?

Non-structural work such as sheds, decks, fences, hot tubs, and interior tear-outs. We don’t handle structural demolition.

06

Business services

01

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. We work with offices, retail stores, property managers, realtors, and contractors.

02

Can you work after hours?

Yes. We schedule early mornings, evenings, and weekends to keep disruption low.

03

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We can send one to your building manager before the job.

04

Do you offer recurring pickups?

Yes. We set up regular pickups for offices, stores, and property portfolios.
